Refund Policy:
 
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds due to ‘change of mind’. Unless otherwise stated herein, refunds will only be granted at the discretion of Exception Enterprises or when obligated by law.
 
The goods must be returned in as new condition, in its original packaging (even if packaging is damaged) and refunds can only be claimed within a reasonable time from the date of the original sale. We consider 14 business days from the date of the original sale is a “reasonable time”.
 
All requests for refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Proof of purchase must be provided in all cases when requesting a refund.

Warranty is provided on all of our product range and eligibility to claim a warranty must adhere to the conditions as outlined below.

Responsibility for lost or damaged products:
 
Exception Enterprises accepts no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the Australian postal system. We recommend that when customers return products, that items are registered and insured while in transit. When Exception Enterprises bears the cost of postage and handling of products for warranty returns, please notify us if your parcel doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged.
 
Warranties:
 
Warranties are not transferable and only apply to the original purchaser. Exception Enterprises PTY LTD is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature associated with the use of this product. Exception Enterprises liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.
 
Lay-By Terms and Conditions (Applies to Casada Maxiwell Massage Cushions, Silk products, and Health Station only):
 
Lay-by’s are available on selected products only. The maximum lay-by contract period with Exception is 3 months. Please choose carefully as a cancellation fee equal to your deposit and all other payments received may be incurred. If you are having difficulty, please contact our office to discuss a possible extension. Customers are not entitled to a reduction in price if an item goes on sale after you have entered a lay-by contract

Our Magic Sweeper comes with a 30 day satisfaction or money back guarantee. Refunds will be processed within thirty working days of receipt of the goods and do not include postage and handling. The product must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all original accessories and contents included. Postage and handling fees apply. The Magic Sweeper has a 3 month manufacturer’s warranty, with an additional complimentary 9 months of extended warranty if you purchase either online or from any of our stands or displays.
 
This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship; however it does not cover general wear and tear.

Due to matters of hygiene, no refunds are offered on Casada Maxiwell Massage Cushion once used. Please test the demonstration units available on our stands to your satisfaction before purchase. Our Sales Consultants are there to answer any questions at the point of purchase, if you any have known medical problems relating to your body, you should consult your physician prior to your purchase.
 
The Casada Maxiwell Massage Cushion has a 6 month manufacturer’s warranty with an additional 18 months of extended warranty if you purchase online or from any of our stands or displays.
 
Exception Enterprises will bear all postage costs within Australia for faulty items covered by our warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, however we will not cover postage costs for items damaged due to neglect or misuse.
 
Miche Bag:
 
The Miche Bag has a 3 month manufacturer’s warranty, with an additional complimentary 9 months of extended warranty if you purchase either online or from any of our stands or displays.
 
This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship; however it does not cover general wear and tear. Exception Enterprises will bear all postage costs within Australia for faulty items covered by our warranty for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase, however we will not cover postage costs for items damaged due to neglect or misuse.

Our Starmop comes with a 30 day satisfaction or money back guarantee. Refunds will be processed within thirty working days of receipt of the goods and do not include postage and handling. The product must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all original accessories and contents included. Postage and handling fees apply. The Starmop has a lifetime guarantee on any hardware. This includes the Starmop head and handle. The guarantee covers any defects in materials or workmanship, but does not include general wear and tear.
 
The Starmop also has a 3 month manufacturer’s warranty, with an additional complimentary 9 months of extended warranty on all microfiber materials if you purchase either online or from any of our stands or displays. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship; however it does not cover general wear and tear.

Mulberry Silk
 
Due to matters of hygiene, no refunds are offered on Mulberry Silk Bedding products once used. The workmanship on Mulberry silk bedding products are guaranteed for a period of 10 years if you purchase either online or from any of our stands or displays. This guarantee does not cover normal wear, tear, and product abuse by the customer. Additionally, the guarantee is void if the product is not used with a comforter cover or cleaned properly.
