Our Returns Policy
Refunds and returns do not include postage and handling charges, all such charges are at the expense of the Customer. All requests for refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receipt by the Seller. Refunds are not available on all of our product range. Only items offering a 30 Day Money back guarantee are eligible to claim a refund, and these must adhere to the conditions as outlined below. Please go to the relevant product for further details.
Snuggle Pillow Range

Casada Maxiwell Massage Cushion
The Casada Maxiwell Massage Cushion has a 2yr warranty from the date purchased. The warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship however it does not cover general wear and tear. The Casada Maxiwell Massage Cushion is a demonstration product, where you have tried the massage unit before you purchased. You can not recieve a refund if you have changed your mind or no longer can afford. This product does not have a 'Cooling Off Period'. Our Sales Consultants are there to answer any questions upon purchase, if you have problems relating to your body, you should consult your physician/orthopaedist first before purchase. As there will be no refund.
Starmop
The Starmop comes with a lifetime warranty on any hardware. Please send broken part and $10.50 for Postage and Handling to Exception Enterprise.
The Starfibre material is guaranteed for one year from purchased date, if cloth or mop pad is found to be defective in material or workmanship, send cloth or pad plus $5.50 for Postage and Handling to Exception Enterprise.
To register your product for warranty and 30 day money back guarantee you will need to send the Warranty Details located on the bottom of the Re-Order form you were given with your purchase. The Deluxe Steam Mop
If your mop is faulty please return to Exception Enterprises for a replacement. Call us on 07 5574 6999. We gladly exchange if the product is faulty, but if you change your mind you cannot claim a refund, except if you return the product 30 days of purchase to take up the 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee. To claim you refund using this guarantee you must do the following:-
Register your product for warranty, including the purchase date and price.

Return the product (at your own expense) with ‘all’ parts in ‘as new’ condition to us in the original packaging.

Return the product within the specified ’30 day’ period.

Packaging
All goods are thoroughly examined before packaging to ensure they are sent in top quality condition.
Responsibility for lost or damaged parcels
Whilst we accept no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the postal system please notify us if your parcel doesn't arrive or arrives damaged. We will arrange for a claim to be forwarded to Australia Post who will cover the cost of the registered parcels to the value of $100 if they deem your parcel missing.
If your goods arrive broken, Australia Post will request to view them before any claims can be made.
